[Problem Fixed] Shell Server TS1 – DNS Issue

Dear Valued Customer,
We had problem with our DNS resolver which given by our upstream impacted with one of our shell server (TS1). Most outgoing connection always aborted or time out, and incoming connection (SSH) to our TS1 server had been lagged. We addressed this problem and fixed it. We are sorry for this problem.
Status: TS1 – UP and working properly

Kami menghadapi masalah dengan DNS resolver yang diberikan oleh upstream kami yang berdampak terhadap salah satu server shell kami yaitu TS1. Anda akan mengalami masalah saat melakukan koneksi keluar server dan akses ke server TS1(SSH) dirasakan lambat. Masalah ini sudah kami temukan dan kami lakukan perbaikan. Kami mohon maaf atas masalah ini.

Unfortunately this is not fully fixed yet. I am still unable to log in or to start my shells.

I am getting concerned that this appears not to have been fixed properly yet. I am still unable to ssh into my account at Twisted Shells; this account has been down for some two days at least now.
