Term of Services (Shell Hosting)

1. Participation in denial of service attacks from TwistedShells.Com’s servers is strictly prohibited.
2. The customer is responsible for all denial of service attacks they may receive and must try their best to prevent such occurrences. If a customer is found to be receiving denial of service attacks frequently their account may be suspended or canceled at the discretion of TwistedShells.Com management.
3. There are to be no war bots, xdcc bots, takeover bots, or abusive eggdrop bots run on TwistedShells.Com’s servers.
4. Eggdrop bots may only be run on servers that specifically allow them.
5. There is to be maximum 2 connection per process connecting to irc excluding ircd processes.
6. There are to be no IRC connections made from any main TwistedShells.Com server IP address (69.42.210.130) or any other TwistedShells.Com hostname. All connections to IRC should be made from our vhost.
7. We do not permit any type of game/mud servers, or any processes that consume a large amount of bandwidth and/or system resources to be run from TwistedShells.Com servers.
8a. 1 Login Shell allow ONLY 1 background process
8b. 1 Background process allow ONLY 1 psyBNC OR 1 BNC OR 1 eggdrop
8c. 1 psyBNC allow ONLY 2 connection to IRC Network in same time
9. We do not permit park bot/filler bot
10. If you get ident AKILL from any IRC Network, we can not guarantee to release your AKILL, but we will find help to release an IP AKILL.
11a. If you lost your shell password, please contact us using our billing portal http://www.twistedshells.com.
11b. If you do not have an account in our billing portal, please contact support@twistedshells.com to create one for you (you must provide your ident/username including your payment information).
12. No illegal activity including spam, hacking, warez, etc.
13. IRCD processes may not be run from our psyBNC Shell, Single Shell, Double Shell, Triple Shell or Botnet Shell account plans. The IRCD process may only be run from our IRCD Shell which assigns a specific IP address for the IRCD process. There is to be one IRCD run per IRCD Shell, no exceptions.
14. Violation to above Terms, will caused your account suspended without prior warning.
15. Suspended Account can not claims for money back.
16. Account that had expired will be deleted without prior warning.
17. Request Support MUST be using our billing portal http://www.twistedshells.com and will be respond less than 12 hours with solutions not more than 24 hours.

1. Dilarang terlibat dalam serangan denial of services dari server TwistedShells.
2. Pelanggan bertanggung jawab terhadap serangan denial of services terhadap akunnya supaya tidak terjadi dikemudian hari. Jika pelanggan sering mengalami denial of services (target yang sama dan berulang-ulang) maka kami akan mensuspend akun tersebut.
3. Tidak diperbolehkan menjalankan war bot, xdcc bot, bot hasil pencurian, dan bot yang merugikan orang lain serta melanggar peraturan TwistedShells.
4. Bot hanya boleh diijinkan terkoneksi ke IRC server yang mengijinkan bot.
5. Maksimum hanya 2 koneksi yang diperbolehkan terkoneksi ke sebuah IRC Network kecuali untuk akun layanan/paket IRCD.
6. Tidak diperbolehkan menggunakan IP utama TwistedShells (69.42.210.130) maupun dari private/staff virtual host. Anda diperbolehkan menggunakan virtual host lainnya yang ada di http://www.twistedshells.com/mod.php?mod=siteinfo&id=10.
7. Kami tidak mengijinkan game server maupun proses yang mengkonsumsi resources terlalu banyak.
8a. 1 Login Shell hanya boleh menjalankan 1 background process
8b. 1 Background process hanya boleh menjalankan 1 psyBNC ATAU 1 BNC ATAU 1 eggdrop
8c. 1 psyBNC hanya memperbolehkan 2 koneksi ke IRC Network pada saat bersamaan.
9. Kami tidak mengijinkan bot yang bertujuan hanya untuk filler
10. Jika Anda mendapat AKILL terhadap ident Anda, maka kami tidak menjamin untuk melepas AKILL tersebut. Tetapi jika yang diAKILL adalah IP, maka kami akan berusaha sebaik mungkin untuk melepas AKILL tersebut. Kebijakan pelepasan AKILL adalah mutlak hak dari sebuah IRC Network.
11a. Jika Anda lupa password shell Anda, silahkan menghubungi kami melalui billing portal http://www.twistedshells.com.
11b. Jika Anda belum memiliki akun di billing portal kami, silahkan menghubungi support@twistedshells.com untuk membuat akun Anda di billing portal (dengan menyertakan ident/username Anda dan bukti pembayaran Anda).
12. Tidak diperbolehkan aktivitas illegal termasuk spam, hacking, pembajakan dan lainnya yang merugikan pihak lain maupun TwistedShells.
13. Proses IRC Daemon tidak diperbolehkan dijalankan dari server yang sama dengan paket-paket psyBNC Shell, Single Shell, Double Shell, Triple Shell atau Botnet Shell. Proses IRC Daemon hanya boleh dijalankan dari IP Khusus yang diberikan kepada pelanggan yang bersangkutan. Hanya boleh menjalankan 1 proses IRC Daemon dari paket yang diambil, berlaku tanpa perkecualian.
14. Pelanggaran terhadap kebijakan diatas, maka kami akan mensuspend akun Anda tanpa peringatan.
15. Akun yang sudah disuspend tidak akan dikembalikan uangnya.
16. Akun yang sudah habis masa berlakunya akan dihapus tanpa peringatan terlebih dahulu.
17. Permintaan bantuan/support HARUS melalui billing portal kami http://www.twistedshells.com dan akan direspon kurang dari 12 jam dan solusinya kurang dari 24 jam.
